Disability Access

  • The Practice has hearing loop facilities which can be used throughout the building.
  • The building is accessible by wheelchair users via a ramp. All the rooms are wheelchair accessible and access to upper floors is available by 1 lifts as well as the normal stair case.
  • We have wheelchairs on site if needed.
  • We have bus service that is fully accessible on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
  • We can also put a message on your medical notes the will flag up any specific requirements needed that we have to be aware of.

Disabled parking – Blue badge scheme

The Blue Badge Scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows Blue Badge holders to park close to where they need to go.

Blind/partially sighted

If you or your family members are blind or partially sighted we can give you a large print of our Practice leaflet upon request. Please ask our staff for further information.

Guide Dogs

Guide dogs are welcome at the Practice but we ask that you be aware of other patients and staff who may have an allergy or fear of dogs.
