Sheila has been with the practice since Febuary 2023.
Sheila deals with data analytics for QOF and IIF. This ensures we have maximum performance income by running patient searches and submitting returns. She also oversees the recall system and ensures that patients are coming in for their yearly long-term condition reviews (such as asthma, COPD, Heart failure etc).
