All patients and staff are welcome to attend meeting, but places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If you would like to attend the meeting, please email: falklandppg@gmail.com. All emails will be acknowledged.

If you do not have access to the internet, there will be sign up slips on the table in the Surgery by the notice board. Please complete your name and address details & telephone number & post slip in PPG Post Box located by Front Desk in the Surgery.
