The doctors and practice nurses are very happy to give advice and discuss problems over the phone. However, it may sometimes be difficult to be sure on the phone and you may be asked to come to the Surgery later.
Generally the receptionists can advise you about telephone consultations; The practice nurses have allocated telephone time between 1200-1300 hours Monday to Friday so wherever possible please contact them on 01635 279971 during this time.
For advice from a doctor, please ring 01635 279972. Please note the doctor should return your call on the same day, however, the Surgery is unable to specify the exact time. If you leave your details the doctors or nurses will ring back later.
For confidentiality reasons it is practice policy not to leave messages on answer phones or voicemail. Similarly we block caller ID display. Please ensure you notify us should your telephone number change so that we may update our records.
