The Surgery entrance is open at 08.00 until 1830 Monday to Friday, with the exception of Public and Bank Holidays when the Surgery is closed. The telephones are answered between the hours of 0800-1830 unless otherwise stated (we periodically have whole surgery training sessions, when the phones are diverted to an alternative number)
The majority of appointments are booked at 10-minute intervals.
The Practice Nursing Team generally run clinics throughout the day starting at 0830 and finishing at 1800 as they do not have breaks for visits.
The doctor’s and Practice Nurses try to run to time but inevitably some patients take longer than others, when delays may occur. Visits by doctors are carried out mainly in the time between morning and afternoon surgeries according to medical priorities.
Patients are asked to come to the surgery if at all possible.
