The surgery is open at 8.00am, until 6.30pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of Bank Holidays and Public Holidays etc. when the surgery is closed.
The phones are answered between the hours of 0800-1830 unless otherwise stated (we periodically have whole surgery training sessions, when the phones are diverted to an alternative number).
It would be very helpful if you can avoid phoning during the early morning rush, for non urgent matters. Please phone after 10am if you are wishing to make a routine appointment.

You may see any of the doctors but we feel it is better to stay with one doctor if possible. You can make an appointment to see your doctor at reception either in person or by telephone. You will be offered the first available time with your own doctor. If you need to see a doctor urgently you will be able to see a "duty" doctor the same day but this may not be your own doctor. Please ring after 10.00 a.m. for routine appointments.
Emergency appointments - you may be asked to come to surgery at a specific time but you may have to wait to be seen. Our routine appointments are made longer to cope with ongoing or complex problems. Your co-operation with the receptionists is requested as our appointments do become booked up very quickly. They are doing their best to make the surgery run smoothly for both the doctors and the patients.
