We are committed to learning from any complaints made to us and it is an important part of our quality review process, in that frequently problems highlighted by a complaint then become a subject for further audit and education.

Removal of patients The surgery has the right to remove any patient from its list as a result of violent abusive or threatening behaviour, or if they regularly fail to attend their appointments. Although the surgery will always try to negotiate a way of resolving difficult situations, the surgery will not tolerate such behaviour. If you are removed from the surgery list you will receive a letter informing you of the decision and the reason for removal. The Thames Valley Primary Care Agency will be informed and they will allocate you another practice within your catchment area.
