Repeat prescriptions are normally issued for one month at a time. If you need a repeat issued please hand in the right hand side of your prescription to the receptionist or put it in the prescription box. Alternatives are via the chemist or via our online service.
The doctors need to check and sign these so please allow 2 working days before collection. Most of the local pharmacists can arrange to co-ordinate your repeat prescriptions if you ask them. Prescriptions can be posted if you enclose a S.A.E.
The doctors like to review treatment periodically so you may occasionally be asked to make an appointment. You will generally be asked to see the doctor before starting new treatment.
Although The Wash Common Pharmacy is located adjacent to the Surgery, it is privately run or linked to the Surgery in any way. Our patients are able to use the pharmacy of their choice to obtain your medication.
