Prescription line
In order to respond to our ongoing drive to improve our services we have looked at our reception service. To try and free up receptionists to answer general calls we have changed the prescription line opening times to 11-2pm for a trial period.

Doctor Walter will be on combined medical/sabbatical leave over the summer 2010.
He is having an operation and then extended leave thereafter until returning to work in September. The surgery is employing a locum over the summer to cover his clinical workload and we hope the disruption will be minimised as much as possible.

| Newsletter : - Watch this space ... Approximately every 3 months the PPG, in conjunction with the surgery produces a newsletter. We aim to keep our patients aware of any changes or topical issues. If there is something that you would like to know more about or feel would benefit others please drop your suggestion in the PPG post box at reception. If you would like a newsletter forwarded to you electronically, please let the PPG know by way of the post box. | ||
| PPG - New members welcome : - This is a valuable team of people who act proactively on behalf of all the Falkland Surgery patients to improve the patient experience. The AGM is held in October each year where all patients are invited to stand for the PPG committee. If you feel that you have skills or the desire to join the existing team, please come forward. | ||
