Removal of patients:
The surgery has the right to remove any patient from its list as a result of violent abusive or threatening behaviour, or if they regularly fail to attend their appointments. Although the surgery will always try to negotiate a way of resolving difficult situations, the surgery will not tolerate such behaviour. If you are removed from the surgery list you will receive a letter informing you of the decision and the reason for removal. The Thames Valley Primary Care Agency will be informed and they will allocate you another practice within the catchment area.
