Flu Vaccines 25 9 2009
We are pleased to announce the first batch of flu vaccines has now arrived and we are booking flu clinics immediately. This is for the "normal" seasonal flu which offers NO known protection from "swine flu". We are particularly keen to target those patients with chronic health problems like diabetes heart disease, asthma and COPD.
Swine Flu vaccines will hopefully be available soon but we are currently unaware of delivery dates etc. More details as they are available.
The Practice Manager is Emma Macpherson, who organises the running of the Surgery. Emma is the first point of contact for any compliments, comments or complaints.
The Patient Services Manager is Lisa Trimble, who deputises for Emma in her absence, and is directly responsible for the staff, ensuring "front of house" and patient services are optimised. Lisa is also responsible for the timely processing of all insurance claims and access to medical records.
