Regular eye tests are important as we become older. Eye tests are available free of charge to those over the age of 65. If you have a severe visual impairment, the Berkshire County Blind Society, in conjunction with the Royal National Institute for the Blind, have a local branch which holds regular social events and shares information about visual aids.
